You have a core energy – originating from your heart

As I have already mentioned briefly – it has now been scientifically proven that – human beings – including you – have an inner core energy.

This core energy originates from the heart – not from your brain as some scientists expected – and produces an energy field in and around you – the energy field that can be scientifically photographed and can sometimes even be seen – it’s what’s often called your ‘aura’.

This is not the energy the cells and atoms of your body are made of – or the energy you use to move about – but rather the energy you feel or can be aware of subtly when you meet or are near to another human being.

For example – the wonderful energy you sense when someone who loves you or who cares about you deeply is close to you – or that other uncomfortable energy you can sense immediately someone who feels angry or unhappy walks into the room – even though you may know nothing about them. 

You are all the time – as soon as you get close to another person – becoming aware of that other person’s core energy – and the energy field produced by that core energy.

Success Step 5 – How You Got Where You Are Now

Understand how you ‘manifested’ the life you’re living right now

Though you don’t necessarily need to know how and why you unconsciously set yourself up to be exactly where you are right now – or how you attracted into your life all the people who are in it right now -  it can be much easier to make changes and achieve true success and happiness when you understand. 

It’s then easier because you know you have the power to make the changes you really want.

If you’ve come this far in the course, then I guess you’ve been using the Success Tools and getting some results – however strange they may have seemed to you initially.

So now, perhaps you’ll be willing to delve a little more into how and why these things work. 

I remember laughing when Dr Joe Vitale first started telling business people about ‘manifesting’ and ‘energy’ techniques.

He’d avoided saying anything openly about these techniques in the business world till that point because he knew it would sound crazy to business people and imagined they would think he was nuts. 

Well they mostly did think he was nuts, but they also respected him, so they listened anyway and he now has a massive following – because even hard nosed business men discovered this stuff – however crazy it sounds – actually works.

Dr Vitale is a doctor of psychology and I’m a doctor of Medicine, so we may be crazy but we’re not stupid – we’ve both experienced the results of these tools and techniques in our own lives and in the lives of our friends and clients.

So you don’t have to believe what you’re about to learn, but before you decide it’s not for you – think about how much success you had before you started this course – and would it be worth doing something else different now?  Something else a little crazy maybe???

Success Step 4

Clear your way to Success & Happiness

Over the years I’ve learned many powerful clearing tools and techniques that work in different ways.  

If you become a full member of Succeed4Sure.com – when Membership opens shortly – you’ll get full access to all these different clearing methods along with support in using them and getting results.

But for now you’re going to learn the one clearing tool that’s easiest to use and most powerful in most situations – Success Tool number 4 – The Clearing Tool.

Before you learn exactly how to use this tool I have to warn you that you probably won’t believe it will do anything until you use it for yourself.

When I first heard about it I was very sceptical and if it hadn’t been for the fact that it was highly recommended to me by Dr Joe Vitale, whose opinion I’ve come to value greatly I probably wouldn’t even have given it a go.   But I’m so glad I did, because the results have been absolutely astounding – and it’s so easy to use.

A friend was having problems just recently.  She regularly uses the other clearing tools I teach, but they weren’t clearing this particular problem.
She hadn’t used the clearing method you’re about to learn and she was very reluctant to use it to begin with, thinking it couldn’t possibly help. 
But I finally persuaded her to give it a go and when she did she felt better in no time at all and was absolutely amazed.

So even though I’m sure you won’t believe it will do anything at all until you experience the results for yourself, I urge you to give this tool a chance – however crazy it might seem to begin with.  No one will know you’re using it – so you have nothing to lose – unless you don’t use it at all!!!

So finally – how do you use Success Tool 4?

Basically all you do is repeat 4 simple phrases over and over in your head – and that’s it!

And though its so simple to do – if you don’t use any of the other tools you’re discovering on this 7 Steps to Success & Happiness course – make sure to use this one!

Before you start
using the phrases there are a couple of important things to remember:

Remember you are responsible for the way your life is and for what you’re experiencing right now – and now you’re using the clearing phrases to change the way your life is – to get back to the real you – without all the false beliefs that have attracted all the unsupportive stuff and blocked your success and happiness till now.

So make sure you are addressing the 4 phrases to yourself – to your higher self – the happy successful self you really are and will experience being fully once all the unsupportive programming has been cleared.

There is no point addressing the phrases to anyone outside of you – because only you have power over your life – only you can make yourself feel good or bad – only you have the power to change.

One of the reasons my friend resisted using this tool at first was because she imagined she was talking to the person upsetting her and she did not feel comfortable addressing the phrases to that person – you’ll understand why when you read the phrases now.

So what are these 4 powerful clearing phrases?

They’re very simple:

Please forgive me

I love you

Thank you

I’m sorry

You can say them in any order at any time – just keep saying them as often as possible – especially when you’re aware of uncomfortable or unsupportive thoughts or feelings.   I find the order changes for me depending on the situation and how I’m feeling.

Now you can use this clearing tool not only during your focus sessions each day, but at any time, anywhere from now on.

7 Steps To Success & Happiness

 

Success Feeling Fun Exercise

This exercise is enjoyable and is a great way to help you start becoming aware of your own power to design your life and the way you feel.

So let’s get started. 

Read the instructions up to the point when I tell you to stop reading then do the exercise before reading the rest of the post.

For a few moments close your eyes and remember a time when you were very happy – maybe peaceful, or excited, having fun, feeling, relaxed or in love for example.

Perhaps you were on holiday – or you had a new pet or a new baby – or you had a good time with friends or playing sport – or you saw something very beautiful like a sunset or an animal or a flower.  It doesn’t matter how long ago it was – just take yourself back there now.

Imagine for a moment you are back in that situation right now.

Notice whether you are indoors or outdoors, what sort of day it is, what you’re wearing, who is around you, what you can hear and see and feel.          

Take time to notice everything about the situation and really enjoy the good feelings you experience as you allow yourself to be back there in your imagination now.

You can, if you choose, practice going back to other good situations you’ve experienced in the same way & enjoy the feelings of those times too.

Stop reading now
and do this exercise now before you read on.

When you’ve completed the exercise

Notice that each time you went back into one of those memories, you experienced the feelings you felt back then.

And when you came back again you may still have felt that feeling or you may have let go of it again.

So – you were picking up – and then letting go – feelings you had not been feeling before you started the exercise.

This means you can actually feel any feeling you’ve experienced in the past – whenever you choose – just by going back to that time in your imagination and ‘being’ there, as you just did.

It also means you’re aware you COULD pick up or let go of feelings any time – if you chose to.

Of course there may be times when it doesn’t seem so easy to deliberately pick up or let go of a feeling.  That’s quite natural – it’s all to do with your minds unconscious programming that you’re not aware of.

In fact some people don’t even find it easy to go back to good times in their imagination and feel those feelings, because they are programmed unconsciously not to enjoy those good feelings.

If you had difficulty with experiencing good feelings in the exercise – notice what happens if you go back in your imagination to a time when you were very upset or angry about something – I bet you can feel those feelings again quite easily.

The principle is of course the same – but if you find it easier to feel uncomfortable feelings than good feelings, that just shows there are some unconscious blocks for you to clear so you can be successful and happy from now on. 

You already have 2 success tools to help you do this and you’re about to discover several more even more powerful tools to clear all those blocks to your success for good!

So keep using the tools you’ve learned already – so you’re ready to add in the next one very soon!

More Clearing Your Old Patterns & Beliefs With The Let Go Tool

  • Your success and happiness to this point has been blocked by the false beliefs you set up for yourself – a very long time ago – usually in early childhood – mostly unconsciously and without ever being aware you were doing it.  Beliefs you’re probably not even aware that you have even now.
  • These blocks to your success show up as any uncomfortable or unsupportive feelings, sensations or thoughts that you experience.
  • To really enjoy life – success, health, wealth, love & happiness – and to have everything you’ve been wanting and needing till now – all you do is notice and then clear these blocks.

To clear all those old blocks its absolutely essential to STOP TRYING TO CHANGE ANYTHING & to LET GO of all WANTING & NEEDING.

Once you notice and let go of wanting or trying to change all those old unsupportive patterns feelings and beliefs – everything automatically starts to change for the better in your life.

And it’s actually very simple when you know how. 

Not Easy To Let Go?

For years I read one article, book and course after another that told me all I had to do to have everything I wanted, was to let go of wanting things to be different from how they are right now.

Well if you’ve tried, you’ll know of course it’s not so easy to just let go of wanting or needing things to change when, for example,

  • Your frightened you won’t have enough money to pay your bills before you lose your home, or
  • You’re feeling really alone or
  • You’re feeling seethingly angry about something

– and none of these articles and books ever told me how to do it, so I ended up even more frustrated and more wanting.

It may have occurred to you already – as it finally occurred to me – to use tool number 1 – the Questions Tool – to find the solution.  I started to wonder how I could notice finding the answer to this conundrum and then the answer came to me – I could of course use that same questions tool to program my mind to let go automatically for me.

So now you’re going to learn how you can do the same.

Success Tool 3 – The Let Go Tool

This is in fact one of the simplest and most effective tools you’ll learn (though perhaps not quite as simple or as effective as tool number 4 – coming very soon!)

How To Let Go & Let Your Blocks To Success Unblock Themselves

First remember:

  • Trying, wanting & needing produce resistance.
  • Your unconscious mind is ‘programmed’ to answer any question you ask.
  • The answer comes when you let go of or forget about the question.

When you let go of wanting – trying and needing – automatically using the power of simple questions – you’ll discover you get amazing results.

As an example – think about something you really want or have been trying to make happen in your life.   Do you want to be rich or in love, slim or healthy for example?

Like most people, you probably grew up being told you had to try hard or to work hard to get what you want – now you’re starting to see why this is a false belief that has caused at least one block to success.

To HAVE the important things in your life, rather than wanting, needing or struggling for them, you are now learning how important it is to let go of wanting and of trying hard.

So here’s how you do it – ask one of the could I let go of wanting questions – here are a few examples:

  • Could I let go of wanting (or needing or trying) to ….                    be happy – or healthy – or rich – or in love?
  • Could I let go of wanting anything to change?
  • Could I let go of wanting anything to be different?
  • Could I let go of wanting to feel …. confident, successful, comfortable, safe, secure?
  • Could I let go of wanting to stop feeling …. miserable, lonely, jealous, angry, worried?
  • Could I let go of wanting to get to sleep easily now?
  • Could I let go of wanting …. Jo to be more caring, more tender, more attentive, less attentive, less needy, more fun, more loving?
  • Could I let go of wanting this situation to change now?

If – like many people – your natural reaction at this point is to say: ‘No I couldn’t’ or ‘But I don’t want to let go of wanting to be happy’ – remember it doesn’t matter!

Whatever you think consciously – the answer in your unconscious mind will always be – ‘Yes I could’ – because – as you now know – you ‘could’ let go of anything.

So even though you don’t consciously know ‘how’ you’re going to let go now – just by asking the question – you’ve already programmed your unconscious mind to automatically let go for you.   All you have to do now is get on with your life and notice what happens!

At first you may wonder how you’ll know this tool is working, but as soon as you use it, you’ll start to notice the relief of no longer trying and wanting – you’ll start to feel more at peace.

Of course you can always use tool number 1 and ask yourself – I wonder how I’m can notice this method working for me today and from now on.

Practice asking yourself this question every time you notice you’re

  • Wanting or needing something
  • Wanting something or someone to change or be different
  • Trying hard to do something

You’ll be amazed at how much more easily things come into your life – when you let go of wanting and trying and instead – just allow them to come.

And as a result – you can feel stress-free and relaxed as well as being more successful in everything you do.

So now it’s time to start using this Let Go Tool

Make a list of all the things you want – or need – or are trying to get in your life – and all the things – situations and people – you would like to be different in some way.

Now ask yourself one of the Let Go questions on the list above for each item on your list.

Plus when you’re doing your 10 minute awareness tool practice, use the Let Go questions every time you notice an uncomfortable or unsupportive thought, feeling, sensation or idea.

For example if you notice feeling worried about something or you notice you get angry about something, ask yourself

  • Could I let go of wanting to change that feeling? or
  • Could I let go of wanting to feel better than I do right now?’

And notice how much easier it becomes to allow things to be the way they are and then watch them all change without you making any effort at all.

This is one of the best ways to deal with anxiety and worry quickly, easily and effectively – and here’s why:

The Blue Elephant Exercise

If you haven’t done this exercise already – take thirty seconds now and make sure during that time not – even for a second – to think about a blue elephant.

Don’t imagine it or even let that blue elephant into your mind for a second.

Of course – you will notice that once you’ve been told not to think about a blue elephant – it immediately comes into your mind.  It has to – because

Your unconscious mind cannot think in negatives

You’ll soon realize how important this is in other aspects of your life, but for this exercise it is crucial, because when you’re anxious or frightened or expecting something to go wrong, you are of course telling yourself  ‘I don’t want that to happen’.

And – since your unconscious mind can’t take in the negative – you are automatically programming your mind to believe you actually want that thing to happen!  So you will be heading towards getting just what you don’t want!

To undo that potentially disastrous piece of programming – remember to ask yourself ‘could I let go of wanting that to happen?’

For example:

  • Could I let go of wanting to die / to be a failure? 
  • Could I let go of wanting to make a fool of myself?
  • Could I let go of wanting to be on my own forever?
  • Could I let go of wanting to lose all my money?
  • Could I let go of wanting to suffer?
  • Could I let go of wanting things to go wrong?

Your unconscious mind will again do the letting go for you automatically!

Try it and notice how much better you feel!
 
Always remember it’s your resistance to the way things actually are – that makes you feel bad – so use the Let Go questions to allow things to be the way they are – and then to change without any effort from you.

7 Steps To Success & Happiness

Success Tools 2 And 3 Background

Although it’s not necessary to understand why a tool is working for it to be phenomenally powerful, some people like to understand the details of why they are using a particular method or tool.

So here’s some background information about tools 2 and 3 and why they work.

If you’re not interested in knowing the details you don’t need to read this – the tools will work just as well without all the explanation.  This is just for those of you who like to know all the details.

All your blocks to success can easily be identified by noticing your uncomfortable or unsupportive thoughts, feelings and sensations and you’ve started to do with tool number 2 – the awareness tool.

All your very uncomfortable feelings and sensations – physical and emotional – originate from physical or emotional needs you had – or imagined you had – at some time in your early life – particularly in early childhood.

If those ‘needs’ were not met – you automatically and mostly unconsciously, made some meaning out of the ‘lack’ and then stored the meaning – linked to the feeling or sensation of lack, need or fear of loss – somewhere in your mind-body energy system.

For example – most human beings brought up in the western ‘civilised’ world suffer from a severe lack of basic touch, mainly because Western culture encourages parents to believe that too much touch is not only unnecessary, but bad – ‘ you should put your baby down in its crib and leave it there until it stops crying’ parents are told.

Yet children brought up in ‘primitive’ cultures, where they are held constantly as babies show no signs of violence, stress or tension while they are babies, or when they start to interact with other children, or as they grow up.

SO PLEASE NOTE: whenever you experience strong emotions now – remember:

  • Your current strong emotions are never only to do with what’s happening in your life right now – they are actually to do with deep unconscious memories of things that happened a long time ago and that you are now being reminded of by current events.
  • All the meanings you made up – unconsciously – when your ‘needs’ were not met as a child – were completely untrue.
  • So the strong emotions you’re feeling as a result are actually based on nothing but ‘lies’ you told yourself and false beliefs you made up a long time ago.

For example – if on a regular basis as a baby you did not get fed when you became hungry(note – this principle is rarely caused by an event that happened only once – unless it was a particularly traumatic event), you might unconsciously have made up meanings for yourself such as:

No one loves or cares about me’ or

I’d better eat all the food I can get any time I can get it – because I might not get food when I need it and then I might die’.

Or if you were regularly told off or made to feel stupid at home or at school – you might have made up beliefs such as:

I’m stupid – so I can’t expect to succeed or be loved’ or ‘I’ll need to work really hard to succeed or to be loved’.

These meanings are all completely false – so it’s never helpful to carry these false beliefs forward into your future life.

But – if you don’t have everything the way you want it in your life – that’s what you’ve been doing till now.   Which is why you get particularly uncomfortable feelings and sensations when something happens that unconsciously reminds you of those deep hidden beliefs.

Since in Western society we’re not taught useful ways of dealing with uncomfortable feelings and sensations, you probably grew up learning to ignore or suppress those uncomfortable feelings – so you also missed the opportunity to notice and let them go.

But the feelings and the blocks they cause don’t just go away if you suppress or ignore them – they get stored in your body and show up as physical pain or discomfort, difficult emotions or signs of failure and stress.

For example a client of mine was very confused when her husband became ill, because instead of feeling loving and caring towards him, she felt deeply and inexplicably resentful and angry.  In her case this was because she’d spent a lot of her childhood unconsciously feeling unloved by both parents because her father was chronically unwell and needed her mother’s attention a great deal.

In this case it was possible to understand fairly easily where the uncomfortable feelings originated – but it’s not always so easy to know exactly where your feelings and blocks started – and its really not necessary to know, because it’s definitely very easy to clear those old feelings and patterns without ever knowing exactly where they came from

In fact trying to identify the cause can be a very big waste of time and money!

So to let go of the past and unblock all your past blocks to success here’s what you’re going to do now:

Stop fighting and suppressing your feelings – and instead observe and accept them just the way they are and watch as they change – resolve – and dissolve automatically – just as you learned to do in Step 2.

Then you’re going to use tool number 3 – when it arrives – to make the process even easier.
