7 Steps To Success & Happiness
Success Questions – Part 1
You’re about to discover the questions you must ask to make sure you achieve success in any and every aspect of your life.
If you’re like most people – you’re probably not aware of the truly massive impact that asking simple questions can have on your life and on your success.
Every aspect of your life – from health to wealth, business, education, family, success, relationships and love are affected by the questions you are already asking about life and about yourself – mostly without even being aware you’re doing it.
You may have noticed that – all the time you are talking in your head.
But you may not have noticed that you’re constantly asking yourself questions.
You’ll soon understand why its crucial you now start to notice and take control of the questions you ask yourself.
Did you know – for every question you ask – your unconscious mind has to find you an answer? Its automatically programmed that way.
BUT BEWARE – the answers you get are very often not the ‘truth’!
When you ask a question – your unconscious mind searches for an answer – going through all the ‘filing cabinets’ in your mind – through your past experiences, your beliefs, your expectations and so on – until it comes up with an answer that matches the question – which is very often not be the truth – but instead something you’ve convinced yourself is true.
So now imagine what sort of answers you’re likely to get if you ask yourself negative questions in a negatives tone.
Such as:
- ‘Why does everything go wrong for me?’
- ‘Why can’t I be more successful and make more money?’
- ‘Why can’t I be happy?’
- ‘Why do I always lose out in love?’
- ‘Why am I so unhealthy?’
- ‘Why can’t I lose weight?’
If you ask negative questions like these, you are automatically programming your unconscious mind to look for negative answers – so it will search through all your memories and beliefs, past experiences and expectations and come up with an answer that seems to fit – such as:
- ‘Because you’re a loser or you’re not intelligent enough.’
- ‘Because you’re not good looking enough or not good enough in some other way.’
- ‘Because you don’t have enough money or the right contacts or the right background or the right genes.’
Any of which of course make you feel even worse – and since – according to the law of attraction – the worse you feel, the more negative energy and expectations you send out – the less positive things you attract to you – the downward spiral builds up.
Not only do you feel worse and worse, but you attract more and more of what you don’t want – and so on.
Now you can understand why the questions you ask yourself have a huge influence on how you feel, what you notice, what you do, the sort of relationships you attract or don’t attract and how you experience life in general and just why it is crucial – as soon as possible – that you take conscious control of the questions you ask.
The great news is – you can now use this knowledge to change your questions and your life – and achieve success in any and every aspect of your life from now on!
When you take conscious control of the questions you ask – you can make sure you always ask yourself questions that can only give you really great and supportive answers – answers that make you feel the way you want to and make sure you get great results in every aspect of your life.
Success Questions – Part 2
The second thing you need to remember when you take conscious control of the questions you ask is that the answer may not come to you immediately.
In fact it’s more likely to come later – when you’re doing or thinking about something else – when your mind is free of the question and so has ’space’ to find the answer for you.
Remember what happens when you see someone you know but canít remember his or her name.
You ask yourself over and over – ‘What is this person’s name?’
And the harder you try to remember – the more difficult it becomes to find the answer.
But when you stop trying and think about or do something different ñ the answer suddenly comes to you apparently ‘out of the blue’.
As I mentioned before – your unconscious mind is programmed to find an answer to any question you ask. So there is no need for you to look for the answer once you’ve asked the question.
In fact – if you spend time consciously trying to work out the answer – you don’t give your unconscious mind space to find the answer for you.
So as soon as you’ve asked the question make sure to change the subject in your mind by getting on with something else – so you free up your unconscious mind to find the answer.
Success Questions – Part 3
Start by noticing the questions you ask yourself and notice how the questions you ask affect your feelings, your experiences and your success.
NOW START TO USE SUPPORTIVE QUESTIONS
To Attract Love, Happiness & The Relationship You Desire
Starting right now:
Make a list of questions that can only give you the results you want.
- First decide what result you would like and when.
Think about what you would like to feel or to experience now, in the next hour, by the end of the day, the end of the week, the end of the month, this year and by the end of your life in terms of success in particular areas of your life and in life in general.
Remember – if you don’t state when you’d like to have your answers – your unconscious mind might give you the results you want – but in 10 or 20 years time!
So here are some examples you might start with:
- I’d like to know for certain I am on the path to real success and happiness by the time I’ve finished reading this article.
- I’d like to feel good about myself and my life by the end of today.
- I’d like to have fun at work tomorrow.
- I’d like to be successful in my relationship from now on.
- I’d like to have the best possible list of questions for me by Tuesday.
- I’d like to be making at least $10,000 per month in my business by the end of this month.
- I’d like to be running my own successful and very profitable internet business by the end of this year.
- I’d like to feel totally confident during the meeting this afternoon.
- I’d like to have all the best possible contacts for my business by the end of next week.
- I’d like to know the best possible way forward for me in my career or in my business by the end of today.
- I’d like to enjoy having and keeping a fit and healthy body starting right now.
- I’d like to enjoy every moment of my life from this moment on.
Now design questions – to get exactly these results.
- Start each question with ‘I wonder’
- For best results – include: ‘I wonder how I can notice’
(I added this in when I found some people were getting all the things they asked for – but were not noticing, because they were still focusing on what still wasn’t so great in their lives!).
- Also add in ‘easily’ as often as possible – since most of us have a tendency to make life unnecessarily hard and complicated!
- And now add in each of the things on the list you made previously.
For example:
- ‘I wonder how I can easily know for certain I am on the path to real success and happiness by the time I’ve finished reading this article.’
- ‘I wonder how I can easily feel good about myself and my life by the end of today.’
- ‘I wonder how I can easily have fun at work tomorrow.
- ‘I wonder how I can easily be successful in my relationship from now on.’
- ‘I wonder how I can easily have the best possible list of questions for me by Tuesday.’
- ‘I wonder how I can easily be making at least $10,000 per month in my business by the end of this month.’
- ‘I wonder how I can easily be running my own successful and very profitable internet business by the end of this year.’
- ‘I wonder how I can easily feel totally confident during the meeting this afternoon.’
- ‘I wonder how I can easily have all the best possible contacts for my business by the end of next week.’
- ‘I wonder how I can easily know the best possible way forward for me in my career or in my business by the end of today.’
- ‘I wonder how I can easily enjoy having and keeping a fit and healthy body starting right now.’
- ‘I wonder how I can easily enjoy every moment of my life from this moment on.’
At the end of your list add – THIS OR SOMETHING EVEN BETTER?!
You could add this to each individual question – for example:
- ‘I wonder how I’m going to find myself making at least $10,000 a months in a coaching business by the end of January next year – or something even better’.
Or you can add it to the end of your list to apply to all your questions.
This is a useful addition because there may be better alternatives you haven’t even consciously become aware of or considered yet (eg a better business opportunity for you, more money, or maybe a different source of income altogether) – so this allows you to be open to all the best possibilities.
Now put your questions away and do something else completely
- When you focus on doing something else you allow your unconscious mind – your true self – and the universal energy – to find the answers you asked for – or something even better.
Notice – accept – rejoice in and enjoy the results you get!
The more results you notice – make note of – and enjoy – the more great results you’ll get. (More about that principle later!)
Success Questions Part 4
Keep your list in a note book you can have with you – so you can:
- Read a few questions for inspiration any time you need to.
- Add more questions to the list when you think of other feelings or things you might want.
- Keep note of all the great results you get.
If you find yourself feeling unhappy, unsatisfied or negative in any way at any time – remember to think what you would prefer to feel or experience instead and ask a question such as:
- ‘I wonder how I can find myself feeling that feeling (or something even better) within the next 10 minutes’.
Read – or write new – at least 5 questions each morning – to make sure you have the best day possible and get the best possible results.
For example:
- ‘I wonder how I can easily make sure to look after myself in all the best possible ways -physically, emotionally, financially and spiritually – today.’
- ‘I wonder how I can easily enjoy and make the most of every moment I spend working today.’
- ‘I wonder how I can easily notice more and more success in every aspect of my life today.’
- ‘I wonder how I can easily enjoy and get the best possible outcome at the meeting this afternoon.’
- ‘I wonder how I can easily find the answer to that particular challenge today.’
