Anxiety and panic feel horrendous to experience yet they are amazingly common and in fact very simple to eliminate – when you know how.
If you’ve experienced anxiety or a panic attack you’ll know how terrible it can feel to experience your heart beating so rapidly you believe you will die, or perhaps that huge knot in your stomach that makes it so hard for you to cope with certain situations.

And although you might have felt you were going to die on more than one occasion – just notice – you didn’t actually die – you always came through – however bad the symptoms felt at the time.

As a medical doctor, a personal therapist and a natural healer I have been helping people to deal with and to overcome anxiety and panic naturally for over 30 years.
Initially as a doctor I was never taught how to help people deal with anxiety and panic – the only option I had was to prescribe strong medication that only sedated the person or relieved their symptoms in the short term but did nothing to get rid of the problem altogether.
Next I was taught by a psychologist how to explain the symptoms of panic and to reverse them by getting sufferers to breathe into a paper bag. Which again works in the short term but does nothing to eliminate the problem long term.
In my psychotherapy training I learned to take people into all the traumas that might have caused the problem originally – but I discovered this only made people feel worse and did nothing to relieve the symptoms.
Eventually over time I discovered some ‘alternative’ and more natural method that do no harm to the body or the mind – and in fact are able to eliminate the problem of anxiety and panic totally.
I also discovered that not everyone reacts in the same way to the same methods.
