Step 1
  • Make a list of what you are not happy about in every aspect of your life – and how you would like it to be different.
  • Notice – and write down – the uncomfortable physical sensations or feelings and emotions that come up – either when you think about people or situations in your life you would like to be different – or that come up without any obvious cause.
  • Go through this list of emotions and sensations and notice if there are any you experience often – add them to your list if they are not there already …

Start with an emotion or sensation that is noticeable and troublesome to you – but not the strongest on the list – to play with first.

Notice how strong you can get that sensation or emotion to be – if you think about the person or situation that you associate most with that emotion or sensation.

Score how strongly you can experience the feeling or emotion on a scale from 0 – 10 where 10 is the strongest.

If at first you are not aware of any sensations or emotions – simply start with a memory of a situation you would like to be different – and score how much you would like that to be different on the 0 – 10 scale.

Listen to the first audio track – following the instructions on the audio – while you focus on your chosen emotion or sensation or memory and on any imaginations that come into your mind as you focus on the sensation or emotion.

If you know there are images or imaginations that bring up those emotions then you may start by focusing on those images or imaginations.

And if you notice other images or imaginations coming into your mind – allow those images or imaginations to come and go as they choose – even if they seem totally unrelated.

You may even get strange or unexpected images or imaginations from your childhood – or from what might seem like a dream – or perhaps even a movie you have never watched.

Simply observe those images or imaginations – however odd they might seem – and as much as you can – keep your attention on the sensations or emotions you experience – while continuing to follow the instructions on the audio.

NOTE

One of the instructions on the audio is to keep in mind the ‘thought’.  This instruction has occasionally caused confusion.

It means to keep in mind and to focus on the images or imaginations – rather than on words or beliefs that might come to mind during the session.

[If you focused on the beliefs you had till now - it could cause that belief to be further ingrained rather than eliminated - so it's best to focus on the sensations, emotions, images and imaginations instead]

So set your focus – as far as you can – on the sensations, imaginations and emotions – so that any discomfort will be eliminated.

If you are not able to bring up any sensations or emotions during the session – that’s quite normal too – and the audios will still work – because you already decided which emotions or sensations to clear before starting the audio – so your mind is already programmed to do that.

Later you will be learning ways to more easily bring up and focus on the most important emotions and sensations – for even faster effective clearing.

Now try as hard as you can to experience the memory, feeling, sensation or emotion as you did at the start – and score it again on a scale from 0 – 10

If the score has not changed or is reduced but is not gone altogether – then play the track again once or twice – still focusing on the same memory, sensation or emotion.

Step 5

Now take a rest – to allow your mind to process and integrate the changes.

Do a session at least once each day focusing each time on one of the emotions, sensations, images, situations or memories on your list.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • If you experience feeling worse rather than better after listening to the audio – this is a good sign.    It means the subconscious hidden blocks are starting to be uncovered and are ready for clearing.   So listen to the audio again until the feeling subsides.
  • Remember that your subconscious mind is still processing the experience for some hours and even days after the session – so whatever changes you have already experienced – you will very likely notice more positive shifts over the next few days.
  • You will soon be learning more FREE techniques and tools – to make the clearing process even easier, more fun and more effective – and you may now also be interested to learn about some optional extra tools that can help generally or in specific situations …

  1. Watching my breathing practice:

    helps align myself to my body
    as well as my mind.
    It acts like a sort of anchor
    when I do this practice, as the chain to the anchor runs down
    my body. It can be a kind of
    visualisation practice as well.
